1. Agreement to Terms

By using the ProcureLink SA platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. The Platform

ProcureLink SA provides an online marketplace to connect corporate buyers with SMME suppliers. We are not a party to any contract or agreement entered into between buyers and suppliers.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post any false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.
• Transmit any viruses or other malicious code.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ProcureLink SA and its licensors. You may not use our trademarks or trade dress in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall ProcureLink SA be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by suppliers.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
